The Conference will include Plenary Lectures, Oral and Posters Sessions. Each session will start with lectures of experts in the field, followed by several oral communications selected from the submitted abstracts. Active participation is welcome by scientists from every field of research related to Cultural Heritage. The official language is English.
Participants are allowed to submit one abstract as registered (usually 1st) author but can be co-author on multiple abstracts.

Abstracts are one-page documents in English with title, list of authors and their affiliations plus the abstract. The format is downloadable below.
Please do not change the layout of the form and do not exceed one page. Abstracts have to be sent by the 27th of December to
Instructions for oral presentations and posters
PowerPoint and Adobe Reader are the only presentation software installed on the PCs provided for oral presentations.
Communications will last 15 minutes (12 for presenting + 3 for questions and speaker change), in both Widescreen (16:9) or Fullscreen (4:3).
Posters (portrait format) do not have to exceed the 69 x 98 cm).
